QA Automation Engineer - Rust, GxP

Role overview This role centers on quality assurance automation for software written in Rust, supporting GxP-regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or life sciences contexts. The position is remote within Poland and embedded with engineering teams operating across Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain automated test suites in Rust for regulated-industry applications - Integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality and compliance gates - Produce test documentation and traceability evidence required by GxP validation processes - Partner with software engineers to expand coverage and resolve defects - Contribute to code reviews with a focus on testability and quality

Requirements - Production-level programming experience in Rust - Background in QA automation, including test frameworks and continuous integration - Familiarity with GxP or comparable regulated-software lifecycle standards - Comfort working independently in a remote setup across Eastern European hours
