EBS Analyst

Role overview

This position is a functional analyst role within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, focused on the Purchasing, Payables, and Financials modules. The work takes place in a federal finance environment, partnering closely with both business stakeholders and developers to implement, enhance, and integrate ERP capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of functional expertise and hands-on solutioning, translating operational needs into technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support functional workstreams across Oracle EBS R12 Purchasing, Payables, and Financials modules - Facilitate joint requirement-gathering sessions and produce functional and technical documentation, including Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents - Collaborate with developers to convert business functions into technical specifications and validate deliverables - Support ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and full testing cycles - Manage and execute concurrent programs, request sets, and PL/SQL-based workflows

Requirements

- Five or more years of experience with Oracle EBS suite functionalities across Purchasing, Payables, and Finance - Hands-on experience implementing and integrating ERP systems using Oracle E-Business Suite - Demonstrated ability to produce Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents in partnership with business stakeholders - Practical experience with Oracle EBS R12, concurrent programs, and request sets - Proficiency in PL/SQL - U.S. citizenship

Nice to have

- Prior experience working in federal finance environments - Functional or technical experience specifically with Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications
