About this role
Role overview Build internal software and automations that connect product development with teams responsible for marketing, sales, enablement, and customer support. The role focuses on organizing product information into a trusted, maintained knowledge source and delivering useful context through internal tools and AI-assisted workflows. You will prototype quickly, learn from users, and refine tools based on what helps them do their work.
Responsibilities - Create integrations that collect and classify product information from project, design, analytics, and data systems. - Maintain a structured knowledge repository that distinguishes verified facts, decisions, ideas, and restricted internal details, with sources and version history. - Deliver relevant, access-controlled product information through internal AI workflows and the tools partner teams already use. - Automate recurring release and planning tasks, such as go-live checklists, deployment notifications, and status summaries. - Prototype apps, dashboards, AI workflows, and bots; gather feedback and iterate based on user needs. - Build with security and audit requirements in mind, and document tools for ongoing use and support.
Requirements - Experience developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, and integrations using a language such as Python or TypeScript/JavaScript. - Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party authentication. - Solid software engineering practice, including testing, debugging, Git workflows, and code review. - Hands-on use of AI coding tools and LLMs, with the ability to build or work with agent harnesses and automated workflows. - A user-focused, iterative approach and clear communication with nontechnical partners. - Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly and work collaboratively while exercising independent judgment.
Nice to have - Experience with content models, metadata, knowledge graphs, content provenance, or Git-based versioning. - Familiarity with LLM-assisted classification or answer-quality evaluation; APIs for collaboration or customer tools; MCP servers; Replit; SQL; or data warehouses.
Benefits and work setup - Permanent, full-time remote role for people in the US or select Canadian provinces; employees in Indianapolis may work from the company office. - Listed salary range: $100,700–$167,800, with a possible discretionary bonus. Compensation depends on qualifications and location. - Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, volunteer days, holidays, parental leave, a 401(k) match, and work equipment.
