Project Manager

Role overview Coordinate software project delivery by keeping scope, schedules, dependencies, and communication clear across clients and engineering teams. You’ll guide cross-functional work from planning through milestones and release, surface risks early, and help teams make practical delivery decisions.

Responsibilities - Plan and track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks for blockchain projects. - Coordinate blockchain, backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and design contributors. - Monitor progress against technical and business objectives, maintaining project records and clear status updates. - Manage scope changes, priorities, resource allocation, and delivery tradeoffs. - Facilitate Agile activities such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; identify blockers and coordinate responses. - Communicate progress and risks to clients and stakeholders, and improve delivery processes and documentation.

Requirements - At least three years of project management experience in software development, including blockchain or Web3 projects. - Understanding of blockchain development processes and familiarity with smart contracts, integrations, wallets, and Web3 applications. - Strong Agile or Scrum facilitation skills and experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work with technical teams, clients, and business stakeholders. - Ability to manage concurrent projects and workstreams, requirements, dependencies, risks, and timelines.

Nice to have - Experience with RWA tokenization, DeFi, fintech, or agency and software outsourcing delivery. - PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications; a technical background is also useful.
