Engineering Manager

Role overview Lead engineering execution across multiple product and platform workstreams, combining people management with sound technical judgment. You will guide teams working across blockchain, frontend, backend, and infrastructure, while improving delivery practices and aligning engineering plans with product priorities.

Responsibilities - Lead blockchain engineers, technical leads, and senior individual contributors across teams. - Own delivery outcomes across multiple blockchain product initiatives. - Set engineering standards, development processes, and operational practices. - Oversee technical execution across frontend, backend, and blockchain work. - Coordinate architecture decisions and dependencies, with attention to security, scalability, and reliability. - Hire, coach, and develop engineering leaders and senior developers; improve planning and cross-team collaboration. - Partner with product leadership on technical strategy and roadmap priorities.

Requirements - At least seven years of software engineering experience, including technical or people leadership. - Experience leading teams that deliver production blockchain or Web3 products. - Working knowledge of blockchain architecture, Ethereum, and EVM-compatible networks. - Technical judgment across frontend, backend, smart contracts, and infrastructure. - Experience overseeing blockchain integrations and smart contract development. - Experience managing multiple teams and complex delivery workstreams. - Understanding of software architecture, system design, security, and scalability. - Strong communication, hiring, and mentoring skills, with the ability to align engineering delivery to product and business goals.
