About this role
Role overview
The Provider Support Coordinator operates within a Practice Access Management function that blends data stewardship with customer-facing outreach to healthcare provider offices. The role is hybrid, splitting effort between Salesforce-based data maintenance and structured outbound calling that introduces the platform to clinical practices. It is well-suited for an organized communicator who enjoys process-driven work and serving as a first point of contact for external partners.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, data entry, or sales operations. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce. - Clear, professional phone communication with provider offices. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Nice to have
- Background in healthcare operations or provider data management. - Deeper familiarity with Salesforce administration.
Benefits and work setup
- Equal opportunity employer with a stated commitment to diversity across race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, and disability status.
