Role overview

Act as a senior technical advisor to strategic customers across EMEA, working at the intersection of enterprise technology, sales, and product direction. You’ll explain application security and AI-related capabilities in terms that resonate with both executives and technical teams, while guiding complex evaluations and helping customers address security, compliance, and software development needs. The role also represents technical perspectives in industry forums and informs regional strategy with customer and market insight.

Responsibilities - Advise executive and technical stakeholders at strategic accounts on architecture, risk, compliance, and application security. - Lead customer briefings, architecture reviews, technical workshops, and advisory discussions. - Partner with sales and presales leaders on major opportunities, RFPs, security questionnaires, product launches, and competitive positioning. - Explain platform architecture, security detection, and AI/ML capabilities clearly, including privacy, governance, and human oversight considerations. - Represent technical viewpoints through industry events, webinars, written content, and engagement with partners, analysts, and press. - Share customer feedback and market developments to guide product, technology, and regional strategy; help identify expansion opportunities and renewal risks.

Requirements - Substantial technical leadership experience, such as senior engineering or architecture work, including several years in customer-facing or presales roles. - A record of influencing C-level and senior technical stakeholders through complex enterprise sales cycles. - Expertise in application security, including SAST, SCA, and DAST, as well as enterprise architecture, cloud or SaaS platforms, APIs, and security practices. - Practical knowledge of AI/ML applications and limits, including AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, and the controls needed for responsible adoption. - Strong communication skills across executive, technical, and external audiences, with evidence of industry influence such as speaking, publishing, or customer advisory work. - Willingness to travel up to 50%; a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
