Product Designer

Role overview Design the user experience across a set of connected tools for professionals working with Revit: plugin interfaces, a desktop installer and manager, a licensing dashboard, and a website. You’ll work closely with engineers through implementation, helping ensure the finished product matches the design and functions as a coherent system.

Responsibilities - Design interfaces for plugin ribbons, desktop software, a licensing dashboard and a website. - Build and maintain a shared design system that works across those surfaces. - Collaborate with engineers while designs are implemented. - Review the browser-rendered result and identify differences from the intended design. - Make deliberate decisions about typography, grids and spacing for information-dense professional tools.

Requirements - Experience designing and shipping software used for work. - Experience creating and maintaining a design system. - Enough front-end familiarity to investigate visual layout issues in the browser. - Ability to explain and defend detailed decisions about typography, grids and spacing. - Experience designing for expert users who need to work quickly in dense interfaces.
