About this role

Role overview Lead multiple customer implementations of AI-enabled workflows for healthcare practices, from handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization. The work blends project delivery with on-site process discovery: you observe how staff work, identify root causes, and translate validated workflows into system configuration and operating plans. This is a customer-facing implementation role that requires frequent travel and close collaboration with engineers, but does not involve writing production code.

Responsibilities - Manage concurrent projects end to end, coordinating stakeholders, communications, timelines, and defined phase gates. - Observe current processes on site and map them into swimlane diagrams, validating the design with the staff who will use it. - Investigate process failures using evidence, then configure agent behavior, routing rules, data extraction fields, and escalation paths. - Lead testing defect triage and make clear scope and release recommendations. - Run kickoff, discovery, user acceptance testing, and training sessions for audiences from front-desk teams to physician owners. - Share implementation feedback and post-launch results to improve delivery practices.

Requirements - At least 5 years in program or project management, implementation, process improvement, business analysis, or a comparable delivery role. - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - A track record of owning concurrent projects with deadlines and multiple stakeholders. - Structured problem-solving skills, including finding root causes rather than only addressing symptoms. - Direct customer-facing experience and comfort working through ambiguity in early deployments. - Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with customers on site.

Nice to have - Lean or Six Sigma certification at Green Belt or Black Belt level. - Experience in health technology, digital health, or practice management software. - Familiarity with electronic medical record platforms.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time role based in Tempe, Arizona, or remote with frequent travel.
