AI/ML Engineer

Role overview Design and integrate production AI and machine-learning systems that address operational challenges across areas such as logistics, compliance, customer service and business processes. The work spans language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents and the engineering practices needed to run these solutions reliably.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain production AI/ML pipelines. - Develop retrieval-augmented generation systems using embeddings and vector search. - Connect hosted and open-source model APIs to applications. - Create AI agents that automate operational workflows. - Measure model quality and use evaluation results to improve performance. - Apply MLOps practices, including versioning, monitoring and retraining.

Requirements - At least three years of software engineering experience. - At least two years applying AI or machine learning in production. - Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or scikit-learn. - Practical experience with language models and prompt design. - Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate or pgvector. - Professional English proficiency.
