About this role
Role overview A senior role on a growing Program Management Office focused on program delivery, portfolio management, and operating model practices for a cloud storage platform. The position partners closely with engineering and product teams to drive cross-functional alignment, manage risk and dependencies, and improve how programs are planned and executed.
Responsibilities - Drive program planning and execution using program management best practices, managing risk and dependencies across multiple programs and teams. - Oversee the portfolio delivery pipeline from incoming requests through evaluation, discovery, and successful delivery. - Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals, strategy, scope, timelines, decisions, and outcomes. - Contribute technically in requirements and design conversations with program teams, applying the technical side of the TPM role. - Foster a culture of transparency and trust, manage by influence, and support teams through servant leadership. - Maintain strong communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Partner with other TPMs on continuous cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Requirements - 5+ years of program, portfolio, and process management experience. - Strong technical background combined with leadership capability. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Comfort operating in high-uncertainty settings and synthesizing data from multiple sources into a structured program roadmap. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify underlying issues and resolve conflicts. - Strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
Nice to have - Experience with Atlassian and Google product suites. - Background applying lean, value-driven delivery approaches. - Track record of building or maturing PMO practices at a growing technology company.
