About this role
Role overview A senior technical program manager position focused on driving enterprise security programs end-to-end. The role partners closely with engineering, product, legal, and leadership teams to plan, deliver, and continuously improve security initiatives such as vulnerability management, identity and access, incident response readiness, and data protection. It suits a TPM with deep security domain familiarity who can translate technical risk into business impact and influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities - Lead planning and delivery of multi-track security programs from initiation through closure, including roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Coordinate engineering, product, legal, and third-party vendors to ensure security controls ship on schedule. - Build and maintain dashboards and executive-level status reporting for portfolio goals and risk posture. - Track vulnerabilities and remediation work across teams, managing intake, prioritization, and follow-through. - Support incident response coordination, including post-incident reviews and action-item tracking. - Improve program management processes, tooling, and governance frameworks, partnering with other program managers on cross-functional improvements.
Requirements - 8+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years on security-focused programs. - Strong understanding of vulnerability management, threat modeling, IAM, network security, cloud security, and incident response. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, HIPAA, or FedRAMP. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master's a plus. - Ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously and communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, PgMP, CRISC, CCSP, or cloud security specialties.
Nice to have - Experience adapting agile practices across varied development environments. - Comfort with Atlassian and Google product suites.
