Role overview This role centers on owning the full post-sale lifecycle for small and mid-sized business customers of an AI and agent observability platform. The position blends customer success, account management, and consultative selling, helping AI/ML teams realize measurable outcomes from their use of the product. It is suited for a client-obsessed, entrepreneurial operator who thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities - Build and grow relationships with AI/ML practitioners and executives to drive adoption, surface new use cases, and expand usage across accounts. - Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, communicate product vision, run demos, and propose tailored solutions. - Partner closely with Solutions Engineering and Application Engineering to resolve complex implementation questions and advise on technical best practices. - Design and facilitate onboarding workshops, training sessions, and business reviews that demonstrate value and unlock new opportunities. - Own expansion and renewal motions across a defined book of business, including account planning, upsell identification, and contract close. - Maintain accurate CRM data and disciplined use of internal revenue tools to support forecasting and team performance.
Requirements - At least two years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within SMB and Mid-Market segments. - Self-starter mindset with comfort operating in environments that have limited established process. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple customer relationships in parallel. - Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to demo technical products and translate value for diverse audiences. - Collaborative team player with a customer-first orientation.
Nice to have - Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, generative AI technologies, or data infrastructure software, including experience selling to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
