Senior/Principal Consultant, Oracle EPM Cloud

Role overview Lead or deliver Oracle EPM Cloud Planning implementations, translating clients’ budgeting and planning needs into configured, tested solutions. The work combines functional consulting, project planning, client workshops, solution design, and hands-on implementation across financial, workforce, capital, and project planning modules. The role is offered at senior or principal level.

Responsibilities - Define project scope, estimate effort and resources, and contribute delivery plans and progress updates. - Facilitate client workshops, prototype options, and explain design decisions and trade-offs. - Configure, document, and test cloud solutions; address service issues and implementation gaps. - Identify delivery risks and recommend or carry out mitigations. - Guide client and project team members, provide process guidance and training, and support testing and issue resolution. - Improve implementation methods and maintain relevant cloud implementation certifications.

Requirements - Degree or equivalent background in business, accounting, information systems, or a related field. - At least 6 years implementing Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 4 years with planning and budgeting. - Experience with PBCS or EPBCS financials, workforce, and capital project modules. - Experience integrating EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM. - Working knowledge of FP&A, financial close, or planning and forecasting processes. - Hands-on client implementation experience, strong project planning, clear communication, and ability to work remotely.

Nice to have Oracle EPM certifications; experience with EPM Reports or Narrative Reporting, or with consolidation, account reconciliation, enterprise data management, or profitability and cost management modules.

Benefits and work setup Remote-first for U.S.-based candidates, with travel of up to 25% for client needs. Base salary is listed as $125,000–$175,000, with potential annual incentive compensation up to 20%.
