A high-ownership Senior Product Manager role focused on building and scaling AI-driven patient communication and scheduling products for dental practices. The position centers on defining a new product category inside an existing platform, taking it from zero to one and driving measurable impact on practice revenue and patient retention. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the patient engagement suite, spanning conversational AI, automated workflows, intelligent campaigns, and patient-facing experiences. - Lead engineering, design, and go-to-market teams with clarity, making decisive trade-offs and aligning stakeholders around a shared execution plan. - Conduct customer and market discovery by listening to users, partnering with customer-facing teams, and monitoring the competitive landscape to translate pain points into product requirements. - Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to package, market, and successfully launch new features to prospective and existing customers. - Implement product analytics and clear success metrics to measure feature impact, identify friction, and drive continuous iteration. - Ensure all capabilities meet strict security, data privacy, and HIPAA requirements for handling sensitive patient information, while evaluating new AI capabilities to integrate into the core product.
Requirements
- Six or more years of product management experience in fast-growing B2B or B2B2C startups, with proven success building complex software products. - A track record of shipping workflow automation, conversational AI, messaging/CRM, or marketing engagement platforms. - Strong ability to lead and align engineering, design, and business partners to move complex features from zero to one. - Fluency with product analytics platforms and comfort using modern AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and decision-making. - Working knowledge of regulatory standards such as HIPAA for managing sensitive data in production environments. - High adaptability, exceptional communication skills, strong domain curiosity, and a bias toward action in a high-velocity startup setting.
