Senior Product Manager, Archy Revenue
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A vertical SaaS company serving dental practices is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-powered revenue cycle management product. The product helps dental offices automate insurance claim submission, payment posting, and bank reconciliation so staff spend less time on paperwork and more time on patient care. This is a high-ownership role at a growth-stage startup, reporting to product leadership and partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy, turning fragmented insurance and payment workflows into a largely hands-off, agentic experience for dental office staff. - Treat the product as a paid add-on: grow adoption with new and existing customers, and collaborate with go-to-market leaders on positioning, pricing, packaging, and upsell motions. - Provide decisive direction amid ambiguity, making clear tradeoffs and aligning engineering, design, and commercial partners around a shared roadmap. - Spend significant time with customers and customer-facing teams to understand how practices actually handle claims and payments, then translate pain points into requirements and competitive intelligence into opportunities. - Establish product analytics and success metrics that surface friction, prove value, and guide continuous improvement. - Ensure the product meets the compliance and security bar required for handling patient data, including HIPAA. - Use AI tools internally to work faster and better, and evaluate emerging AI capabilities for incorporation into the product, from reading insurance documents to auto-resolving payment discrepancies. - Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate roadmap milestones and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a fast-growing startup and hands-on work building B2B software for complex, business-critical workflows. - Experience shipping customer-facing AI or ML products, ideally including human-in-the-loop systems. - Deep customer empathy and a track record of learning user workflows in detail, with a bonus for backgrounds in dental, insurance, or healthcare billing. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, translating ambiguous problems into shipped impact. - Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency, with regular use of AI and analytics tools to unlock new capabilities. - Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, communication skills, and a bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience growing a paid add-on or upsell product within a larger platform. - Familiarity with revenue cycle management, dental practice operations, or healthcare reimbursement.
Benefits and work setup
- Competitive salary and equity, with some roles eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) plan. - Flexible vacation policy. - Remote-friendly culture.
