Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

- Lead the release of major frontend features and product updates, managing the production lifecycle of owned domains end to end. - Integrate AI development tools into daily workflows to handle repetitive tasks while focusing on complex state management, performance optimization, and user experience. - Build and refine AI-powered interfaces that customers use, ensuring new product updates are intuitive and high-performing. - Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver seamless integration between a Java Spring Boot backend and the React/TypeScript frontend. - Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback that lifts overall team quality. - Estimate and plan development work to deliver projects on time, and identify opportunities to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - 6+ years of frontend engineering experience with a strong emphasis on clean, high-quality code. - Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript; Tailwind is a plus. - Extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a live production environment. - Strong focus on testing, stability, and performance. - Customer-centric mindset combined with strong collaboration and communication skills and openness to feedback.

- Ability to articulate when and how to use AI-assisted tooling to improve velocity without compromising long-term React codebase maintainability.
