Model-Based Systems Engineer

Role overview A senior MBSE role on a digital engineering team delivering model-based requirements, interface, and design specifications across diverse technology domains including space systems, electric vehicles, combat vehicles, tactical communications, and command and control. The position is fully remote with performance-based scheduling and an outcome-driven culture.

Responsibilities - Apply MBSE practices to projects spanning space systems, EVs, combat vehicles, tactical comms, and C2 domains - Ramp up quickly on new technologies and collaborate with domain SMEs, peers, managers, and customers - Build SysML and UML models, preferably using No Magic MagicDraw - Develop use cases, activity models, and other SysML artifacts at expert level with minimal supervision - Produce state-of-the-art model-based requirements, interface, and design specifications in a team environment - Engage confidently with highly technical engineering teams

Requirements - Bachelor's with 8–10 years, Master's with 6–8 years, or PhD with 3–5 years of relevant experience - Experience with one or more of: NoMagic, MagicDraw, Cameo, SysML, UPDM, or IBM Rhapsody - Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
