About this role
Role overview This role improves how operational teams work by finding manual, repetitive, or error-prone tasks and turning them into practical AI-supported workflows. You will work with functions such as recruitment, finance, sales, and administration, coach executive assistants, and track whether each change saves time or reduces errors.
Responsibilities - Map current processes with internal teams and identify opportunities to simplify or automate work. - Build and deploy AI workflows using Claude Cowork, custom skills, integrations, and existing systems. - Coach executive assistants on using AI for email, calendars, documents, research, and follow-up tasks. - Measure outcomes such as hours saved, error rates, and turnaround time, then communicate results. - Document workflows, train users to operate them independently, and refine solutions as needs change.
Requirements - At least three years in process improvement, operations, or business analysis, ideally in a back-office function such as HR, finance, or sales operations. - Hands-on experience building and delivering AI workflows, with examples of completed automations. - Strong process-mapping ability; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus. - Comfort with spreadsheets, APIs, and no-code tools; basic scripting in Python or a similar language is helpful. - Clear communication and patient coaching skills, including the ability to build trust with non-technical colleagues.
Nice to have - Experience with Claude Cowork.
Benefits and work setup - Long-term work from home, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and some flexibility in choosing working hours. - Home office reimbursement of up to 15K and allowances. - Health coverage for up to three immediate dependents from the first day, plus wellness support and gym access or a sponsored gym membership. - Nutrition consultations and an incentive-based wellness program.
