Project Delivery Manager, Life Sciences

Role overview

Coordinate delivery of data and program solutions for life sciences customers, from the point a sales agreement is finalized through implementation and handoff to operations. You’ll keep work moving across commercial, analytics, engineering, testing, and delivery teams, using clear ownership and practical project routines to surface risks early.

Responsibilities

- Manage several solutioning projects at once, tracking milestones, dependencies, owners, decisions, risks, and status. - Facilitate requirements discussions and document acceptance criteria, actions, and responsibilities. - Coordinate customer and partner conversations, then ensure decisions and follow-up work are captured. - Keep analysis, development, testing, documentation, and implementation readiness on track. - Prepare structured handoffs to operations, including runbooks, known issues, open items, and assigned owners. - Support coordination and status visibility for the feasibility request queue; improve repeatable delivery practices using project tools.

Requirements

- Practical project-management judgment and reliable follow-through across multiple concurrent efforts. - Ability to build accountability and collaboration across teams without direct authority. - Clear communication and organization, including dependable reporting on progress, risks, and decisions. - Ability to identify resource constraints and unresolved issues early and escalate them appropriately.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with life sciences data products, clinical or claims data, or sponsored healthcare programs. - Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar planning and documentation tools. - Experience coordinating work across analytics, engineering, quality assurance, and operations.
