Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript, Node.js and Effect.js)

Role overview Join a self-organizing, cross-functional product team focused on workflow and automation tooling used by thousands of organizations. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will work across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through release and maintenance, building scalable cloud applications primarily in Effect-TS and Node.js while contributing to UX, performance, and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable cloud applications, with a primary stack of Effect-TS and Node.js. - Establish and follow engineering best practices, including automated testing, code review, pair programming, and a you-build-it-you-run-it model. - Automate cloud services and configuration management to support scalability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. - Contribute to product strategy discussions and champion improvements within the team and across products. - Work closely with engineering peers, product management, team leadership, and adjacent specialists such as marketeers and support engineers.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience delivering multiple scalable, high-traffic cloud applications. - Proficiency in full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript; familiarity with Effect.js and Express.js is strongly preferred. - Product-oriented mindset with the ability to influence product-related decisions. - Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, computational complexity, and object-oriented design. - Solid grasp of modern cloud architectures and web application concerns such as performance, quality, and security. - Demonstrated ability to mentor teammates and shape team culture; English at B2 or higher.

Nice to have - Experience with Atlassian Forge applications and an understanding of Jira or Jira Service Management. - Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools.
