Senior Fullstack Engineer

Role overview A fully remote Senior Fullstack Engineer role within a cross-functional product team building workflow and automation tools used by thousands of companies. The position spans the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, release, and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on scalable cloud applications, engineering excellence, and product collaboration.

Responsibilities - Join a self-organizing, cross-functional product team and collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, team leads, and specialists such as product marketers and support engineers - Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable applications written primarily in Effect-TS and Node.js - Establish and follow engineering best practices, including automated testing, code review, pair programming, and a you-built-it-you-run-it mindset - Automate cloud services and configuration management to support scalability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization - Contribute openly to product and business discussions, sharing opinions on what is best for customers - Champion improvements within the team and product, driving innovation and process enhancements - Work in close contact with the Support function and customers for quick feedback loops

Requirements - 5+ years of proven delivery of multiple scalable, high-traffic cloud applications - Proficiency in full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript applications; familiarity with Effect.js and Express.js is highly beneficial - Product-oriented mindset with the ability to influence product decisions - Strong engineering approach to problem solving, grounded in fundamentals such as algorithms, computational complexity, and object-oriented design - Solid understanding of modern cloud architectures and practical experience implementing them - Deep architectural understanding of web applications, including performance, quality, and security - Desire and ability to mentor teammates and shape team culture - English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have - Experience with Atlassian Forge applications - Working knowledge of Jira or Jira Service Management
