About this role
Role overview Build and improve a multi-tenant SaaS product for workflow and automation use cases. As a full-stack developer in a small Scrum team, you’ll deliver features across backend services and the React interface, while contributing to the product’s architecture, performance, and reliability. Work involves close collaboration with product, design, and engineering colleagues.
Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain features across the application’s frontend and backend. - Build REST APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Develop responsive React features using modern state management and routing approaches. - Maintain code quality through reviews and automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Work with product managers, product owners, designers, and other teams to turn user needs into product improvements. - Monitor production behavior, resolve issues, and improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements - Commercial experience with Java 17 and Spring Boot, including REST APIs, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Data JDBC. - Practical TypeScript and Node.js experience for backend services, serverless functions, or API resolvers. - React 18 experience with modern state management such as Redux or TanStack Query, plus routing libraries. - Understanding of software design principles, patterns, application architecture, and their trade-offs. - Experience writing automated tests; tools named in the source include JUnit 5, Mockito, Vitest, and Playwright. - Proficiency with Git, Maven, Docker, and a development IDE; collaborative problem-solving skills and English at B2 level or higher.
