A B2B SaaS company operating a partner ecosystem and subscription commerce platform is hiring a revenue operations systems analyst to treat the go-to-market technology stack as a product rather than a maintenance burden. The role owns the infrastructure connecting Salesforce with adjacent systems and ensures they operate as a unified engine rather than a pile of disconnected tools. The work spans proactive data investigation, automation design, and AI workflow implementation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market technology stack, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent systems operate as one connected system with clean data flow, healthy integrations, and scalability - Proactively identify gaps using internal data, perform root-cause investigations, and recommend process improvements before issues surface - Build and manage automation workflows that reduce manual work and improve team throughput - Design and ship AI-powered workflows including multi-step agents, structured data extraction, and automations that make judgment calls rather than simply moving data - Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable, intuitive processes - Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools that improve efficiency and rep productivity, with clear ROI and adoption criteria - Maintain data integrity across systems through deduplication, standardization, and enforcement of data entry standards - Support and automate commission processing, territory management, and data enrichment workflows - Manage incident response with change management practices, monitoring and alerting automation, and shared documentation - Lead cross-functional GTM systems projects end to end, from scoping through shipped outcome
Requirements
- Three or more years of business experience with deep exposure to go-to-market operations (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue) or forward deployment roles - Hands-on experience with Salesforce and adjacent integrations such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, and similar tools - Practical experience building directly with large language models, including prompt design, tool and function calling, context and memory design, and output evaluation, plus comfort with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python scripting - Strong project management capability, supporting priorities from ideation through execution - Demonstrated ability to identify problems, propose creative solutions, and prioritize based on business impact rather than inbound requests alone - Solid SQL or data analysis skills for investigating data quality and building reporting independently, with BI or reporting tool experience beyond native CRM reporting - Self-motivated, action-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of working independently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with documentation and cross-functional alignment as core job functions - Willingness to challenge others' opinions and assumptions while supporting ultimate team decisions
