About this role
Role overview Build and operate backend services that support a large business customer base. The work spans API development, high-throughput systems, real-time data pipelines, and reliability across a portfolio of more than ten APIs.
Responsibilities - Develop and scale production backend systems and APIs. - Support high-volume request handling and real-time data processing. - Improve service reliability across multiple APIs. - Apply distributed systems and observability practices to production services.
Requirements - At least five years building production backend systems. - Strong experience with at least one of Node.js, Go, or Python. - Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues. - Demonstrated ability to ship reliable APIs at scale. - Understanding of distributed systems and observability.
