Requirements - 5–8 years of experience, including increasing responsibility for people management. - Experience leading project management or operations teams in education technology, publishing or SaaS. - Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum for software and Waterfall approaches for physical production. - Experience managing at least 3–5 direct reports, including hiring, training and developing staff. - Comfort configuring project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet or Notion and working across technical, creative and operational teams. - Ability to turn detailed project risks into clear, useful status updates for leadership.
