Program Manager, Professional Services - West

Role overview

Lead complex technical delivery engagements for enterprise customers in the western region. You will be accountable for the relationship, execution plan, and outcome from initiation through go-live and beyond, bringing together internal delivery teams, external development partners, and customer stakeholders with different operating rhythms and requirements.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary delivery lead, managing progress, blockers, decisions, and alignment across all engagement workstreams. - Maintain the full delivery framework, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting. - Determine technical sequencing when platform constraints, regulatory requirements, security controls, or partner dependencies affect the plan. - Support customer transformation from human-operated processes toward AI-augmented and agent-assisted workflows, including the related change-management challenges. - Apply AI tools to practical delivery operations such as reporting, documentation, risk synthesis, and stakeholder communication. - Control scope evolution by assessing change requests, communicating commercial and timeline impact, and coordinating formal change orders.

Requirements

- Five or more years of technical program or project delivery experience in complex environments where success depends on influencing teams outside your direct authority. - A background delivering work for external customers in professional services, consulting, or a similar setting, with experience owning customer outcomes. - Direct familiarity with the relevant workflow platform or a comparable no-code or configurable platform, including the ability to identify system dependencies. - Demonstrated daily use of AI tools and the judgment to recognize where agentic systems add value or introduce risk. - Experience handling enterprise compliance, security, identity or access management, and third-party approval processes. - PMP or equivalent certification and the ability to adapt confidently between Agile sprints and Waterfall milestones.
