About this role
Role overview
Own the strategy and delivery of AI-enabled products and capabilities within a healthcare setting. The role turns ambiguous business, clinical, operational, member, provider, and stakeholder needs into prioritized product opportunities, clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and adoption plans. You will work across product, engineering, data, platform, security, compliance, legal, clinical, and operations teams to deliver AI solutions that are useful, responsible, auditable, and trusted.
Responsibilities
- Discover and evaluate AI opportunities through stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, value sizing, feasibility assessment, and risk identification. - Create product briefs, requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch criteria, KPI definitions, and execution plans. - Prioritize the roadmap or backlog based on business value, user impact, strategic alignment, feasibility, compliance, risk, and team capacity. - Make timely scope and tradeoff decisions during implementation and verify that completed solutions satisfy user needs and measurable success criteria. - Coordinate user acceptance testing, workflow validation, pilots, launch readiness, rollout communication, training, and change management. - Monitor post-launch performance, adoption, feedback, defects, and enhancement requests, then drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with modern AI, machine learning, or large language model concepts. - Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data science, or equivalent practical experience. - At least 4 years of product management experience with ownership across the full development lifecycle. - Ability to translate unclear business problems into focused requirements, priorities, success metrics, and delivery plans. - Strong stakeholder management, written communication, analytical judgment, and KPI definition skills. - Comfort partnering with engineering and security teams on architecture tradeoffs, data dependencies, integrations, testing, sequencing, and launch readiness.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI capabilities, especially solutions requiring human review, escalation paths, exception handling, or operational controls. - Healthcare experience, strong data fluency, coding literacy, or familiarity with Databricks.
