Job details
About this role
Role overview
Lead complex technical delivery engagements for enterprise customers in the eastern region. This role owns the customer relationship, delivery plan, and business outcome from kickoff through launch and ongoing follow-through, coordinating internal specialists, external partners, and customer stakeholders across changing priorities and constraints.
Responsibilities
- Direct delivery across multiple workstreams, maintaining alignment, progress, and accountability among teams that may not share reporting lines. - Own scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, decision logs, and delivery governance throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Make sequencing and prioritization decisions when platform limitations, compliance obligations, or partner dependencies create tradeoffs. - Help customers redesign manual processes around AI-assisted and agent-supported workflows while managing adoption and organizational change. - Use AI tools in day-to-day delivery work, including status reporting, risk analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications. - Manage scope changes, evaluate schedule and budget impact, and oversee change-order activity when work expands beyond the agreed statement of work.
Requirements
- At least five years managing technical delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with responsibility for outcomes across teams you do not directly manage. - Experience delivering programs for external customers in professional services or consulting, including steering committees, scope discussions, and customer outcome ownership. - Hands-on experience with the role’s workflow platform or a comparable configurable business application; able to understand dependencies and build operational tools. - Practical fluency with AI tools and a sound understanding of both their delivery benefits and their operational risks. - Experience working in enterprise environments involving compliance, security, access controls, and third-party approvals. - PMP certification or an equivalent project or program management credential, plus the ability to work across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
