Role overview
Lead product delivery, commercialization, and growth for a portfolio spanning integrated care and skilled-nursing reimbursement workflows. The role owns the path from validated product concepts through launch, adoption, revenue, and reference customers, while partnering with inbound product leaders on roadmap and investment choices. It combines portfolio strategy, monetization, executive customer engagement, market leadership, and management of an outbound product organization.
Responsibilities
- Define the go-to-market strategy for each product line, establish adoption and revenue targets with sales and revenue operations, and drive accountability for results. - Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for SaaS and AI-enabled capabilities, including tiered, usage-based, and enterprise commercial models. - Translate customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap recommendations and investment trade-offs. - Build executive relationships with customers across skilled nursing, payer, practitioner, and acute-care settings, including beta and co-development programs. - Represent the product portfolio with customers, industry groups, and analysts, developing market insight and credible proof points. - Hire, coach, and scale outbound product management leaders while establishing operating standards, performance cadences, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12 or more years in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including at least 5 years leading teams at Director level or above. - Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue beyond launch execution. - Proven experience creating commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including fluency with ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn. - Executive presence and a track record of aligning Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services. - Experience leading leaders through hiring, development, scaling, and organizational change. - Strong quantitative and qualitative decision-making, plus willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.
Nice to have
Experience in post-acute or senior care, payer-provider collaboration, interoperability, care transitions, referral or authorization workflows, and taking generative AI, large-language-model, or agentic products to market.
