About this role

Role overview

Lead product delivery, commercialization, and growth for a portfolio spanning integrated care and skilled-nursing reimbursement workflows. It combines portfolio strategy, monetization, executive customer engagement, market leadership, and management of an outbound product organization.

Responsibilities

- Define the go-to-market strategy for each product line, establish adoption and revenue targets with sales and revenue operations, and drive accountability for results. - Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for SaaS and AI-enabled capabilities, including tiered, usage-based, and enterprise commercial models. - Translate customer feedback, competitive signals, and adoption data into roadmap recommendations and investment trade-offs. - Build executive relationships with customers across skilled nursing, payer, practitioner, and acute-care settings, including beta and co-development programs. - Represent the product portfolio with customers, industry groups, and analysts, developing market insight and credible proof points. - Hire, coach, and scale outbound product management leaders while establishing operating standards, performance cadences, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 12 or more years in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including at least 5 years leading teams at Director level or above. - Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue beyond launch execution. - Proven experience creating commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including fluency with ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn. - Executive presence and a track record of aligning Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services. - Experience leading leaders through hiring, development, scaling, and organizational change. - Strong quantitative and qualitative decision-making, plus willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.

Nice to have

Experience in post-acute or senior care, payer-provider collaboration, interoperability, care transitions, referral or authorization workflows, and taking generative AI, large-language-model, or agentic products to market.
