Web Designer at AIOS — Remote, $75k-$150k/yr (including equity)

Role overview Own web design and conversion outcomes from initial insight through to live experiments. You’ll shape landing pages, funnels, quizzes, and onboarding flows for healthcare services, combining design judgment, value proposition development, implementation, and performance learning. This is a hands-on individual contributor role on a distributed, mostly asynchronous team, with weekday availability through midday Pacific Time and an expectation of long days and regular weekend work.

Responsibilities - Identify conversion barriers using research, performance data, experimentation insights, and customer understanding. - Develop and test value propositions, offers, page hierarchy, and copy flow. - Design responsive websites, landing pages, funnels, quizzes, and onboarding experiences. - Build and publish your own work from Figma into frontend experiences, currently using Webflow. - Use AI tools to create designs, pages, and experiments, and improve reusable workflows, components, and templates. - Launch tests quickly, review outcomes, and refine or replace underperforming work.

Requirements - At least three years designing high-performing websites or landing pages, with a portfolio showing results. - Strong understanding of user motivation and how copy, proof, hierarchy, and friction affect decisions. - Ability to craft clear value propositions and translate them into effective pages. - Comfortable implementing designs in frontend code; Webflow experience is helpful but not required. - Regular use of AI in design and build workflows, including developing repeatable systems that increase output. - Self-directed, fast-moving, and attentive to polish, responsive behavior, and load speed.

Nice to have - Experience designing or running A/B and multivariate tests, reading analytics or behavior data, and designing onboarding or checkout flows.
