Founding Runtime Engineer

Role overview Build and harden a governance-focused software platform as an early engineering team member. The work spans runtime reliability, architecture, integrations, and evidence paths, with an emphasis on making initial customer pilots safe for production use. You will help shape core technical decisions while working directly with design partners.

Responsibilities - Develop major parts of the platform, including its governance pipeline, system connectors, and language-model routing. - Improve the runtime and break apart a monolithic system where needed. - Build durable evidence paths and help keep early deployments production-ready. - Work with design partners to deploy and tune the product. - Take on early observability, reliability engineering, and compliance evidence work. - Make architectural decisions that guide the product’s technical direction.

Requirements - At least five years building production systems in TypeScript or Python. - Ability to work across the stack, from edge runtime components to database internals. - Experience delivering end-to-end features in a small team. - A strong focus on correctness and dependable engineering.
