Coding Specialist (Fluent in German) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Role overview Assess and improve AI models’ ability to reason about software engineering in German. The work combines practical coding knowledge, technical evaluation, and clear written explanations in a remote contract project.

Responsibilities - Work through software engineering tasks and technical scenarios with AI models in German. - Evaluate code logic, technical accuracy, and fluency and naturalness of German language. - Record reproducible errors and explain where model reasoning or output fails. - Provide feedback on prompts and evaluation criteria to improve model performance. - Cover topics such as algorithms, data structures, APIs, asynchronous programming, security, and distributed systems.

Requirements - Fluency in German and strong written communication. - Practical expertise in software development, such as architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming. - Ability to explain reasoning clearly and document technical findings. - A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field is desirable; relevant coding experience, German technical writing, or open-source work can also demonstrate fit.
