Job details
About this role
Role overview
Build a consumer loyalty program from the ground up for a payment product, shaping the reasons customers return and choose it more often. The role owns the program’s strategy, customer experience, measurement, and financial performance, working across product areas and with teams responsible for design, engineering, risk, and marketing.
Responsibilities - Set a multi-quarter vision and roadmap, including hypotheses, priorities, and success measures. - Launch rewards and membership tiers, defining how customers earn and redeem value and where they encounter it in the app, at checkout, and after purchases. - Develop engagement features such as progress tracking, milestones, and tailored offers to encourage repeat use. - Model program costs and funding, and assess whether incremental purchase volume justifies rewards spending. - Establish experiments and long-term value measurement; use results to refine reward rates and tier thresholds. - Coordinate with risk, credit, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and product teams to deliver clear, compliant experiences.
Requirements - At least eight years of product management experience, including consumer apps, financial technology, or digital banking. - Experience launching or scaling loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs, with a working understanding of earn-and-redeem economics. - A record of taking new products from concept to launch and owning repeat use, retention, or customer spending share. - Ability to build and explain financial models for program costs, funding, and payback. - Strong consumer experience judgment and fluency in experimentation, attribution, and lifetime-value measurement. - Experience shipping regulated consumer financial products and leading cross-functional work through ambiguity; a related degree or equivalent experience.
