Role overview Join an internal Information Security & Risk team as a Staff Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst focused on maturing the enterprise IAM program. The role blends hands-on operational support with program improvement work, including governance over both human and non-human identities. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from day one, as visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities - Operate and administer IAM tools, including application onboarding, role definition, recertification campaigns, and end-user escalations. - Analyze access requirements, system flows, and security policies to enforce a least-privilege model while preserving user experience. - Design and implement scalable improvements to data quality, role decisions, identity inventory, and entitlement reviews across integrated systems. - Continuously improve the IAM practice through platform enhancements, process refinement, and identity risk assessments. - Help develop and refine information security policies and standards, partnering with the broader security team. - Contribute to governance strategy and technical controls for autonomous agents and Non-Human Identities, ensuring secure, auditable operation.
Requirements - Extensive hands-on Identity & Access Management experience with a track record of solving diverse access challenges. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with IT governance and compliance functions, including SOC 2 and data governance. - Working knowledge of non-human identities and the security challenges they introduce. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a curious, learning-oriented mindset. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have - Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as Saviynt or comparable enterprise-grade tools. - Familiarity with identity providers, MFA, Zero Trust Access, and Privileged Access Management solutions. - Experience integrating HR systems as sources of truth for automated onboarding and offboarding. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and IAM-related policies, plus Okta and Google Workspace environments. - Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform.
