Growth Product Manager (CS Team)

Role overview A customer success role embedded within a SaaS platform serving mobile app developers, focused squarely on subscription monetization. The position partners with a portfolio of 30 to 40 client apps to grow their subscription revenue through strategic guidance on paywalls, pricing, and experimentation rather than reactive ticket handling.

Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of 30 to 40 mobile app clients as the primary point of contact, accountable for retention, account health, and expansion - Onboard new customers after sales handoff, guiding integration and helping launch initial funnels, paywalls, and campaigns - Audit product adoption, spot underused features, and surface at-risk accounts early - Run paywall and user-acquisition analyses, then bring clients concrete A/B test recommendations - Identify and close cross-sell opportunities across the product line - Relay customer feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team and follow them through to resolution - Answer detailed technical questions and support complex subscription use cases without escalating everything

Requirements - Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions and direct subscription monetization work - Full-cycle mobile growth background spanning user acquisition, funnel optimization, monetization, and A/B testing - Fluent written and spoken English - Comfort opening commercial conversations and closing expansion deals - Sharp strategic communication skills to engage founders and growth leads as a peer - Independent, proactive approach with full ownership of accounts and numbers

Nice to have - SaaS experience in the mobile industry - Familiarity with Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing - Proven track record of account expansion or upsell in a previous customer success role - Comfort with CRM and support tooling
