Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform - Configure and test HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro modules against business process needs - Gather requirements with team members, identify solution options, and recommend best practices - Customize and enhance platform features through scripting, configuration, and UI development - Participate in design discussions to maintain consistent architecture and solution integrity - Stay current on ServiceNow updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro - Strong ServiceNow configuration, testing, design, and development capabilities - Proven track record designing and deploying high-quality ServiceNow solutions - Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders - US citizenship - Eligibility to obtain a government secret clearance
