SAP Defense & Security (D&S) Manager

Role overview This position serves as a subject matter expert on the SAP Defense & Security (D&S) module, supporting S/4HANA implementation work tailored to defense and security organizations. The role combines hands-on module configuration with team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication within an agile operations environment.

Responsibilities - Design, configure, and test SAP modules with a focus on Defense & Security and DFPS - Provide Tier 2 production support as part of a cross-functional agile operations team - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks - Apply standard delivery methodology to drive efficient and effective project execution - Facilitate communication across teams to maintain a cohesive working environment - Mentor and develop team members to promote skill growth and knowledge sharing - Stay current on SAP updates and industry best practices to support continuous improvement

Requirements - 7+ years of SAP implementation experience - 5+ years of experience in SAP D&S or DFPS module - SAP S/4HANA implementation experience - U.S. citizenship required (no dual citizenship) - Ability to obtain a Secret clearance - Ability to travel once per month (Monday-Friday) to Kingstowne, VA

Nice to have - SAP certification in the Defense and Security module - Experience with government SAP implementations - Background working in defense and security organizations - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
