SAP BASIS Administrator

Role overview This role provides technical administration of SAP landscapes, spanning analysis, design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP applications and underlying infrastructure. The administrator ensures compatibility between hardware and software, supports daily operations, and contributes to budgeting, staffing, and work planning for related projects.

Responsibilities - Lead troubleshooting and resolution of SAP software, operating system, and networking issues - Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups, and execute data recovery when needed - Provide day-to-day technical support for all program applications - Install, configure, implement, and maintain SAP applications and related software - Establish and implement standards for application operations across hardware and software platforms - Contribute to budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work-planning activities - Mentor and train junior team members

Requirements - 4+ years of SAP BASIS experience - Familiarity with SAP components including S/4HANA, ECC, SRM, BW, PI/PO, Enterprise Portal, BOBJ, HANA DB, and Oracle DB - Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning - U.S. citizenship required (no dual citizenship); ability to obtain Public Trust

Nice to have - Relevant SAP certifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
