SAP Acquire to Retire (A2R) Fiori Consultant (Active Secret Clearance required)

Role overview This position focuses on leading the analysis, design, and implementation of the SAP Fiori user interface layer for end-to-end federal business processes such as Acquire to Retire. The consultant drives the transition from traditional SAP GUI to a modern, role-based web experience with emphasis on usability, performance, and mobile readiness. It is a technical UX leadership role embedded within a larger SAP transformation supporting U.S. federal mission systems.

Responsibilities - Design role-based Fiori architectures aligned to distinct federal user job functions and process areas - Configure Spaces, Pages, Catalogs, Groups, and Target Mappings within the Fiori Launchpad - Activate standard Fiori apps end-to-end using Rapid Activation scripts and the Task Manager, validating OData services and SICF nodes - Collaborate with developers to extend standard apps via Fiori Elements and SAP Business Application Studio while preserving Clean Core principles - Partner with security teams to integrate Fiori authorizations with backend PFCG roles under an audit-compliant model - Monitor and tune performance across caching, OData services, and browser compatibility - Advise functional workstreams on Fit-to-Standard app selection and demonstrate analytical KPI tiles - Resolve complex UI issues involving the Launchpad, Gateway errors, and UI5 library versioning - Author UX guidelines and deliver training to drive adoption of features such as universal search, notifications, and AI-assisted capabilities

Requirements - 4+ years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 with deep knowledge of S/4HANA Fiori architecture in both embedded and standalone deployments - Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, including Launchpad Service and Work Zone - Technical proficiency with OData Services (SEGW), SAP Gateway, and JavaScript/CSS for UI enhancements - Practical experience delivering low-code/no-code improvements using Fiori Elements and Screen Personas - U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship and an active Secret security clearance - Willingness to travel up to 25%

Nice to have - Familiarity with Chrome DevTools debugging, CTS+ transport management, and Fiori Mobile/Web configuration - Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards for federal software - Bachelor's degree in a related field
