Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential - 5+ years of client management experience - 5+ years of program management experience - 3+ years supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably within a large healthcare organization - 2+ years managing large-scale programs with multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have

- Experience working within federal health agencies or large public-sector health programs - Additional program or project management certifications beyond PMP - Background in performance management, contractor oversight, or technical program governance - Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable program plans
