Role overview
Support a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade and enhancement initiative through study, design, build, testing, and deployment. The role combines functional analysis with hands-on configuration and technical development, helping ensure that changes meet requirements and work as intended.
Responsibilities - Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules to match approved functional specifications. - Develop or modify PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine programs, and integration components. - Participate in requirements sessions and contribute to functional and technical design documentation. - Create and run test scripts to validate system configuration and customizations. - Support both functional and technical work throughout the upgrade effort.
Requirements - At least 4 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience; experience with version 9.x is preferred. - Background in both gathering functional requirements and carrying out technical configuration or development. - Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects and knowledge of upgrade tools and methods. - Familiarity with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development. - U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance are required.
