Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect/Environment Consultant

Role overview

This role leads the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Platform-as-a-Service environments that support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. The position blends technical architecture, environment management, and database administration across ATP, ADW, Analytics Cloud, APEX, and OIC components. It also covers integration planning, code migration strategy, and identity solutions across diverse client infrastructures.

Responsibilities

- Architect OCI components such as ATP, ADW, Oracle APEX, Analytics Cloud, and OIC to support integration, reporting, conversions, and extension development - Define Oracle technical architecture within each client's broader IT environment - Plan and execute integration strategies for Oracle solutions across client organizations - Design, install, upgrade, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot Oracle Autonomous Database products - Develop and run code-migration strategies across client infrastructure - Establish environment instance strategy for all Oracle Fusion Cloud environments and coordinate refresh activities - Build a Single Sign-On strategy and implement it across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS components in coordination with ICAM teams

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - Experience with Oracle Cloud Autonomous Databases, specifically ATP and/or ADW

Nice to have

- Experience delivering end-to-end technology architecture from development through operations - Familiarity with environment refresh coordination and pre/post refresh steps
