Microsoft Dynamics Developer

Role overview A technical leadership position focused on designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions for a U.S. federal government mission environment. The role blends hands-on development across the Power Platform and Dataverse with architectural decision-making that balances configuration against custom code for long-term maintainability. Work spans defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health programs where secure, scalable business applications are critical.

Responsibilities - Lead solution architecture and end-to-end development for Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including solution packaging, deployments, and version control - Translate business objectives into structured technical specifications through facilitated requirement sessions with stakeholders - Design scalable Dataverse data models and map operational processes to platform capabilities - Build and customize solutions using C# plugins, Power Automate, canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Pages, JavaScript, and Liquid Templates - Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via Azure Functions, Service Bus, and SSIS/KingswaySoft, and develop SSRS reports for operational and analytical use - Maintain Dynamics 365 security models to uphold compliance, governance, and data integrity standards

Requirements - Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) - Strong C#/.NET experience for plugin and custom backend development - Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture and data modeling - Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, JavaScript, and Liquid Templates - Basic familiarity with KingswaySoft or SSIS for integration and data migration - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions - Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship

Nice to have - Experience with Azure Functions and Service Bus for complex integrations - Background working in environments with strict security, governance, or compliance requirements - Exposure to enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solution architecture and security best practices
