Role overview

The position supports a U.S. federal agency by developing and maintaining a custom solution on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The work combines configuration, custom development, and DevOps pipeline contributions to deliver and sustain functionality for a major cabinet-level department.

Responsibilities

- Configure forms and apply content changes within the Dynamics 365 environment - Implement logic and flow updates, including custom workflows built with C# - Customize the Dynamics 365 Portal using JavaScript to deliver user-facing features - Support system testing activities and assist with defect troubleshooting - Help develop and maintain the DevOps pipeline supporting continuous integration and deployment

Requirements

- Hands-on JavaScript development experience - Prior work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portals - U.S. citizenship - Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret-level federal security clearance

Nice to have

- C# experience applied to custom workflow development - Familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipeline practices - Background supporting federal government clients or regulated environments
