Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between technical teams and program stakeholders - Drive effective delivery of program outcomes through hands-on program leadership - Oversee full project lifecycles, coordinating teams, priorities, and technical deliverables - Manage client expectations and ongoing stakeholder communications throughout engagements - Apply technical program management discipline to keep complex efforts on schedule and on scope - Ensure programs meet defined performance, schedule, and quality goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of client management experience, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and structured problem resolution - 5+ years of program management experience leading technical programs from concept through execution - Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee technical deliverables
Nice to have
- Prior government or consulting experience - Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
