About this role
Role overview Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers rolling out a learning management system, owning each implementation from kickoff through go-live. You will manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, gather requirements, coordinate cross-functional resources, deliver tailored training, and ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
Responsibilities - Own the software implementation process end-to-end (average duration of 8 weeks) for new clients, conducted via phone, email, and virtual meetings. - Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and partner with clients to develop achievable timelines and program goals. - Act as the client partner and liaison, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration and resource management. - Support and implement additional products and integrations such as RESTful APIs and CRM or HRM connectors. - Deliver in-depth training on the learning management system, including best practices and workflows customized to each client's needs. - Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, maintaining high quality across multiple engagements at once.
Requirements - 4+ years in client onboarding, implementation, or project management within software implementations or a similar environment. - Previous training experience, ideally in a software context. - Understanding of core SaaS concepts. - Proven time management skills. - Project-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
Nice to have - Previous LMS administration or training experience. - Knowledge of the adult learning and e-learning industry. - PMP certification or formal project management experience. - Previous experience working with data import tools.
