Role overview
A Staff Product Manager is needed to own core components of an internal agentic AI platform that powers intelligent agents across a broader Revenue AI product suite. This is a highly technical individual contributor role focused on platform infrastructure rather than end-user features. The position partners with engineering, applied AI, and platform leaders to shape the systems that allow every product team to build reliable, scalable agentic experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for agent runtime capabilities, including execution, workflow orchestration, state management, and task coordination - Establish standards, APIs, and tooling that let engineering teams build, deploy, and scale agentic applications consistently - Design self-service capability registration so product teams can register tools, actions, workflows, and services within the platform - Build SDKs, abstractions, and operational tooling that improve developer experience and reduce integration friction - Define platform requirements for observability, evaluation, debugging, resiliency, and failure handling - Develop foundational capabilities supporting planning, delegation, and coordination across multi-agent workflows
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience - Background in platform, infrastructure, AI platform, or developer platform products - Experience owning highly technical products with significant architectural complexity - Strong understanding of agent architectures, function calling, tool orchestration, workflow execution, state management, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination - Ability to influence engineers, architects, researchers, and senior executives on deeply technical topics - Track record of building products used by multiple internal teams
Nice to have
- Hands-on familiarity with distributed systems, AI observability, and evaluation frameworks - Prior exposure to developer enablement tooling and enterprise-grade reliability practices
