Requirements

- 8+ years of product management experience - Background in platform, infrastructure, AI platform, or developer platform products - Experience owning highly technical products with significant architectural complexity - Strong understanding of agent architectures, function calling, tool orchestration, workflow execution, state management, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination - Ability to influence engineers, architects, researchers, and senior executives on deeply technical topics - Track record of building products used by multiple internal teams

Nice to have

- Hands-on familiarity with distributed systems, AI observability, and evaluation frameworks - Prior exposure to developer enablement tooling and enterprise-grade reliability practices

Benefits and work setup

- Base salary range of $191,833.50 to $262,355.80, with potential bonus, commission, or stock options - Health, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) employer matching program - Paid parental leave, generous PTO, paid holidays, and quarterly self-care days - Remote-friendly with home-office equipment support, or the option to work from an office - Learning and development resources, wellness education sessions, and employee resource group events
