Business Solutions Partner - Enterprise AI

Responsibilities - Maintain an inventory of tools and AI capabilities for assigned business areas, including ownership, use, costs, renewals, contract terms, and replacement options. - Identify unused or overlapping product capabilities, and track renewal deadlines early enough to support informed decisions. - Interview stakeholders and map current workflows, documenting the underlying problem, people involved, frequency, effort, and baseline measures. - Prepare build-versus-buy analysis inputs, including integration depth, compliance needs, usage, cost, and realistic replacement scope. - Help develop business cases comparing longer-term development and support costs with vendor costs, and confirm baselines with business owners. - Build lightweight AI or automation prototypes, review them with engineering partners, and help assess adoption, productivity, cost avoidance, and process impact.
