Developer, Full Stack/iOS

Role overview Work remotely from Canada or the US on a User Lifecycle team focused on making the first experience with a cybersecurity and identity platform clear, simple, and trustworthy. The role centers on reducing setup friction, helping users reach meaningful value quickly, and supporting habits that lead to continued engagement with the product.

Responsibilities - Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within the team codebase - Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight through to completion - Participate in the full development lifecycle from planning and implementation through testing, release, and post-launch support - Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to evolving testing strategies - Document work clearly so others can understand, review, and support what is built - Provide thoughtful code reviews that reinforce quality and best practices

Requirements - Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript with solid working knowledge of relevant tools and technologies - Experience building smooth user-facing features - Comfort navigating an existing codebase, reusing established patterns, and proposing improvements - Quality mindset with care for testing, maintainability, and clarity in code and documentation - Strong communication skills, sharing progress and raising blockers early - Collaborative approach with openness to feedback

Nice to have - Experience building and shipping iOS features, particularly with Swift and Apple's SDKs - Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call or incident response rotations - Familiarity with improving developer workflows such as tooling, CI/CD, testing, and documentation
